Since the articles on how to download other programs for free have been very well received, I’m going to do it this time explaining how to download Premiere Pro for Mac totally free, although I’m more a fan of Final Cut Pro X (although I guess you already know that by now).

Is there a free Adobe Premiere Pro?

Premiere Pro is an Adobe program for video editing. That is, it is a program for video editors or editors (although you can also do color grading and color correction and effects from the program itself). In fact, it is one of the most famous and downloaded of the company, along with Lightroom and Photoshop, I would even dare to say that it is the most famous video editor of the entire market in general, along with FCPX and Davinci Resolve.

Obviously Premiere Pro is a paid program, although it has a one-week trial version that is completely free (which I highly recommend you try).

I understand that you don’t want to pay for it if you are not a professional video editor. In fact, most people I know have the free versions. However, if you start using it you are going to get your audiovisual productions greatly improved. And, believe me, it’s worth it.

How does the free trial version of Premiere Pro work?

The one-week trial period Adobe gives you to download and try Premiere Pro works as follows. In fact, it works the same for any of this company’s programs.

• You download Premiere and you have to create an Adobe account to install it (or log in with the one you already have created and are using for other Adobe programs). And don’t worry, I’ll explain later how to download it.
• The program communicates online with Adobe every day so that, after 7 days, you will lose access (as your free trial week will have expired).

• From the Adobe website. This is the most typical.

• Through direct downloads on other websites with the program ready to install and use (obviously with the internal crack that allows you to have the free version totally unlimited in time). I repeat, this option is illegal and I do not recommend it, nor will I give you more information about how to download this program in this way.
• Through torrents and magnet links (this is the way I like the most). I love torrent managers because they work very well for any kind of download, that’s why it’s my favorite method (although you can use any of the ones I explain you perfectly).

IMPORTANT: both direct downloads and torrent managers, although they are usually used to download the program with the crack installed (the illegal way), can be used to download a specific version older than the current one (in case the current version does not work with your computer’s operating system). That is, you could download the program with this method, then log in with your Adobe account legally and not want to update it. to ensure compatibility.

If you are going to do it in one of the latter ways, first you have to do is download a torrent manager, Transmission is the most famous on iOS.

Quiet because with Transmission you will be able to download movies, music, and many other things. That is to say, It is a good application to have installed on your computer.

It really is a recurring payment and you can cancel it whenever you want, so you can try paying for a month and see how it went. If you don’t like it, you stop paying and lose access completely.

It is like a way to extend the program trial, but instead of doing it for free, you do it by paying for that extra month. However, I recommend you to make the most of each day, to decide if you want to continue paying for it or unsubscribe.

The price is really not too high, taking into account that it will be your working tool as a video editor and thanks to learn to use this program you will end up dedicating yourself to it, so it is worth paying it, either to dedicate yourself professionally to it, or simply to learn as an advanced amateur video editor.

How much does the paid version of Premiere Pro cost?

The paid version of Premiere Pro, which I recommend paying for once the free week has expired, costs approximately 25 euros per month (currently, of course, although the price may change over time).

I have to say that the price of this program is relatively high if we compare it with the adobe photo subscription, which is about 12 euros per month and includes Lightroom + Photoshop.

The main reason why Premiere Pro has a higher price is because it is a video editing program designed entirely for the professional, so it is understood that you will get an economic return from using it as a professional editor (or at least it is a tool that allows you to do so).

Are there any discounts for purchasing Adobe Premiere Pro?

Indeed, there are some discounts for purchasing any Adobe program from its own website (of course).

The first thing I recommend is that you take a look at all their programs and determine how many you will want to use as a professional. If there are more than 2-3, you could purchase a subscription to ALL Adobe programs for 48€/month. Yes, it’s quite a lot of money, but if you’re into video editing and photography, for example, you’ll be able to use Photoshop + Lightroom + Premiere Pro + After Effects + the rest of Adobe’s programs. That is, if you are going to use many of these programs, it is worth looking at the option of acquiring them all together.

IMPORTANT: As I have told you before, I really only recommend the use of torrent sites for those people who want to download an older version of the program because their operating system does not accept the latest version.
